Bengals Beat the Titans 43-36 in Overtime: Joe Burrow Throws Five Touchdowns, Runs in the Winner, and Totals 462 Yards
Cincinnati trailed 13-0, trailed again with 3:50 left, and watched its quarterback throw three interceptions to the same safety. Burrow still walked off with six touchdowns and the win.

Joe Burrow overcame three interceptions to throw five touchdown passes and run in the game-winner in overtime, and the Cincinnati Bengals outlasted the visiting Tennessee Titans 43-36 on Sunday, Reuters reported. Burrow finished 38 of 48 passing for 462 yards, and his rushing score in overtime was his sixth touchdown of the day - the first six-touchdown game of his NFL career, Cincinnati.com reported.
The comeback came in layers. Cincinnati trailed 13-0 at the end of the first quarter and was behind again, 36-29, after Cam Ward's 15-yard touchdown pass to Wan'Dale Robinson with 3:46 left. Burrow answered with a 10-play, 81-yard drive capped by an 18-yard touchdown pass to Tee Higgins - his second scoring pass to Higgins - tying the game with 1:17 left in regulation, Reuters and Cincinnati.com reported. Dexter Lawrence II then sacked Ward for a 13-yard loss to knock Tennessee out of field-goal range and force overtime, and Burrow drove 70 yards on the first possession of overtime before running it in from 9 yards out.
All three of Burrow's interceptions went to the same defender: Tennessee safety Amani Hooker, the first NFL player with three interceptions in a game since Sept. 11, 2023, Reuters reported. Tee Higgins caught 10 passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns and Ja'Marr Chase 11 for 141 yards and a score. Ward completed 26 of 40 passes for a career-high 304 yards and two touchdowns for Tennessee (1-7). Cincinnati (5-2) has won three straight.
