Vance Brings a Pre-Taped Town Hall to Fort Worth on Thursday, Six Days Before Election Day
Fox News Channel announced Monday that Jesse Watters will moderate a one-hour town hall with Vice President JD Vance in Fort Worth, airing Thursday, October 29 at 8 p.m. ET during Jesse Watters Primetime.

Vice President JD Vance will take part in a pre-taped, one-hour town hall in Fort Worth on Thursday, October 29, Fox News Channel announced on Monday. The event will air during Jesse Watters Primetime at 8 p.m. Eastern, with Jesse Watters moderating.
According to the network's announcement, the town hall will focus on the top issues impacting the country, the midterm elections and other topics. The Fort Worth setting puts the vice president in Texas less than a week before Election Day on November 3, in a state where early voting runs through Friday, October 30.
Texas is hosting two of the country's most closely watched statewide races this cycle. Democrat James Talarico and Republican Ken Paxton are contesting the open U.S. Senate seat, and Republican Gov. Greg Abbott faces Democrat Gina Hinojosa. Texas has not gone blue in a statewide race in more than 30 years, a streak both parties are testing this fall.
Watters, who also co-hosts The Five, leads the network's primetime lineup; the announcement said Jesse Watters Primetime drew 2.8 million viewers in the 8 p.m. Eastern hour in the third quarter of 2026. No audience or ticketing details for the Fort Worth taping were stated in the announcement read this run.
