Cavaliers Beat Bucks 136-111: Mobley Scores 27, Allen Adds 25 in a 48-Point Second Quarter
Cleveland's frontcourt did the damage in Milwaukee: Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen combined for 52 points on 23-of-32 shooting, and a 48-21 second quarter turned a one-point game into a rout.

The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 136-111 on Saturday night, riding a 48-point second quarter to their first road win of the season. Evan Mobley scored a season-high 27 points on 11-of-16 shooting and Jarrett Allen added 25 points and 11 rebounds on 12-of-16 — his 250th career double-double — as Cleveland's two big men combined for 52 points, the Associated Press reported.
Milwaukee (1-5) actually led 25-24 after one quarter. Then Cleveland outscored the Bucks 48-21 in the second, shooting 62.2 percent across the first half with Allen scoring 19 of his 25 before the break, to lead 72-46 at halftime. The Cavaliers (4-2) cracked 100 points with 2:22 left in the third and built their largest lead at 112-76 early in the fourth. Donovan Mitchell added 15 points and James Harden 13 with seven assists, content to feed the frontcourt all night.
Kel'el Ware led Milwaukee with 19 points and 10 rebounds off the bench, and Tyler Herro scored 15 on 5-of-18 shooting as the Bucks lost their second straight and fifth of six to open the season. Cleveland heads home to host Oklahoma City on Monday; Milwaukee's week does not get easier after allowing 60 points in the paint.
