Rams Beat the Chargers 24-9 at SoFi: Stafford Throws a Touchdown as Los Angeles' Other Team Falls to 0-7
The Rams did not pick up a first down on their first five drives. They still won their second straight - and the Chargers are 0-7 for the first time since 2000.

Matthew Stafford passed for 157 yards and a touchdown, and the Los Angeles Rams recovered from a slow start to beat the Los Angeles Chargers 24-9 on Sunday in Inglewood, Reuters reported. Blake Corum and Kyren Williams each ran for a touchdown as the Rams improved to 4-4 and won consecutive games for the first time this season; Corum finished with a game-high 73 rushing yards.
The start gave no hint of the finish. Stafford completed 17 of 25 passes with an interception, but the Rams did not manage a first down on any of their first five offensive drives, Reuters reported. A 14-0 third quarter, per Sportradar's game record, settled the city matchup.
For the Chargers, the season reached a historic low. Justin Herbert was 24 of 32 passing for 257 yards with two interceptions, and Los Angeles fell to 0-7 for the third time in franchise history and the first time since 2000, Reuters reported. Oronde Gadsden II caught five passes for 52 yards and Ladd McConkey four for 86 in the loss.
