One result the area waited on was still missing overnight. The District 25-6A title game between Westlake and Cedar Ridge — previewed by this station on Friday (SQ-20261030-055) — appeared on the list's 'Scores Not Reported' section with no final posted as the list was read in the overnight hours, alongside Hays vs. Del Valle and Elgin vs. Bastrop. The Sports Desk will file those results as soon as verified finals post, rather than guess at the score of the area's biggest game.
The regular season now gives way to the UIL playoff brackets, which the desk will map for Austin-area teams as the pairings are set.
